  • Pinch of salt
  • For the Parfait
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt ((plain or vanilla))
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries ((strawberries, blueberries, raspberries))
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint for garnish ((optional))

    Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
