This’s been crazy this week at my house. I still can’t believe that both my computers crashed at the same time…a total coincidence…but they did, and I haven’t been able to do anything from paying bills to blog posting since the end of last week. If you are like I am and haven’t finalized your holiday menu I thought you might like to see the brunch options I’m considering for Easter Sunday. I’m going to roast an obligatory ham and always like to have a nice selection of sides to go along with it. These are family favorites and I hope you find a recipe in the list that tempts you to try it. A click on the photograph will take you to the blog post.
I found these adorable Easter Bunny Butt cupcakes on Spend with Pennies and I can’t wait to make them for our Easter Brunch. I have to smile every time I look at them. Aren’t those little bunny feet the cutest things?
My mother always made a lamb cake for our Easter dinner. I have never owned a lamb mold so haven’t made this cake but it sure brought back lots of wonderful memories when my friend Marie at Proud Italian Cook made it and wrote a post about it. The pastel marshmallow eggs weren’t a favorite but they have to be tucked into the grass surrounding the lamb. Thanks for the great memories, Marie.
Oh WOW!!!! Any of those would be great for Easter Brunch.
Happy Easter,
Ramona
Thank you, Ramona. Happy Easter to you as well.

Computer problems are no fun, especially today when so much of our lives depend on a well working computer and Internet access. Hopefully your problems are behind you now and you didn’t lose any important data or photos.
Thank you SO much for the link to baking an Easter Lamb Cake…how did you know I was planning to do one for the first time ever with the mold I bought years ago at Goodwill? And I had forgotten about your crepe recipe—yum!
Have a blessed Easter day Cathy!
Blessings,
Aimee
Hi Aimee – Thanks for the suggestion to check Goodwill for the lamb mold. Wouldn’t have thought of that. Happy Easter to you and your family.

Both computers crash at the same time? Yikes. But you somehow managed to blog a great post anyway. I never make brunch for Easter since everyone comes here for the full fledged dinner. But boy would I love to eat all of those wonderful dishes you presented here.

I couldn’t believe I was left computerless for a week. My laptop was infected with a virus that really messed it up and the power switch went out on my desktop…a very frustrating coincidence. But it’s all better now. Happy Easter, Linda.

They all tempt me, each lovely in its own way. Hard to believe both computers crashed at the same time. I would have been devastated.
Hope you have a lovely Easter Cathy.

My husband was looking over my shoulder when your email came.
We were both salivating. He said, you have never made a Waldorf Salad.
Guess I had better change that soon. The crepes, cupcakes, dinner rolls
and just everything looked delicious!

Your menu sounds delicious, Kris. I think I would face serious consequences if I changed anything on ours. Traditions rule. I would love to try your bbq salmon…yum.

To say that everything you show here looks absolutely delicious is an understatement. I’m crazy about crepes, and the addition of lemon makes yours sound mouthwateringly good.

both computers at once???? yikes! Glad to see you’re back up and running. I love those little bunny cupcakes. They’re the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. And I’ve been wanting to make crepes for years. I’ve made them once, and with success. Don’t know why I don’t make them more often. And finally, can you please pass that plate of crab omelet please? Happy Easter Cathy.
